Inlet Lid with Drain Valve, Inlet Valve, Stainless Screen

The inlet lid is the intake portion of the VacDaddy where the hose from the vacuum head enters the unit bringing water and debris into your filter bag.  The lid is equipped with an inlet valve which closes when the water flow stops to eliminate the possibility of debris draining back down the hose. A stainless mesh screen protects water debris from seeping out of the handy drain valve but allows that heavy water to drain out quickly and efficiently when pulling the VacDaddy out of the water. The lid is snug but easy to remove allowing the quick changing of filter bags when cleaning.
