Return Policy

If we have done all we can to help you and you insist that it will not work for you, then we will ask you to return the VacDaddy in its original packaging, clean and in good working condition, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Restocking Fee

We reserve the right to charge for any damages beyond normal wear and tear, plus a 20% restocking fee. Any original credit card fees incurred with your purchase and shipping charges of the product at time of purchase, as well as shipping charges at time of return, will not be refunded.

Refund Process

Your refund will be in the form of your original chosen method of payment and will be issued after the returned item has been inspected.

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We cannot accommodate requests for refunds for any VacDaddy unit after thirty days of receipt of the product. Of course, your circumstances may require special consideration.

Return Instructions

Once we receive and review your information, you will be contacted with instructions on how and where to send your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
